เกมต่อสู้ในรูปแบบการยิง fairy เพื่อส่งห่ากระสุนไปโจมตีฝ่ายตรงข้า พร้อมเนื้อเรื่องสุดเข้มข้น(รอแปลอังกฤษอยู่นะครับ)

1 ในภาคที่ยากที่สุดของ Touhou project ด้วยความที่ทรัพยากรน้อย ไม่มีบอมให้ใช้(ใช้ power แทน) และ power ดันเก็บได้ยากกว่าภาค 10 mountain of faith ทำให้การใช้บอมแต่ละครั้งดาเมจที่ทำกับบอสได้จะน้อยลงด้วย รวมถึงตั้งแต่ด่าน 4 เป็นต้นไปยากชิบหาย ถ้าไม่จำ pattern ดี ๆ ตายได้ง่ายมาก
