This review is tough. I love so many things about the game but the performance is not good. I feel bad for console players and anyone who has not spent $2,000 on a new computer recently. After the comments made from Randy, I wish I could refund this game simply because they doubled down on terrible performance blaming the consumers. However, I put too much time into the game to request the refund. Many of the performance problems don't show up right away and before you know it it's too late for a refund. Once my console friends can run the game better and continue to play with me, this is the review I have to leave.

However, if this was fixed it would be a really great game.
For now, for anyone interested in this game. Wait for major performance fixes or hell wait a long time for a sale in years to come. Unless you are rich go on ahead.

NEED MORE PEAK

I played for a tiny bit during the free weekend and I must say that this game has massive potential. As a newcomer, the zombie difficulty felt a bit high early on. Stealth felt like a necessity but felt like it didn't really even work. Felt that early on in the match there was too many zombies. I think if they can tweak some things that this game has potential to be one of my favorite zombie games ever. But, it still felt like it needs some work balancing it out. Wish I could have had a longer free to play window to do a deeper dive. However, I liked a lot of what I saw.

I logged in, played the beginning tutorial, joined a 4 player coop and about had a heart attack 3 times and had to get off. This game is tense!!!!!!! It's scary. Wish it was more of a campagin (it sort of is?) like the past games but its still good. If you like the old ones and you like survival horror multiplayer games then this one will be a blast for you.
