Really cool game.
The story and atmosphere do most of the heavy lifting. Gameplay wise I found myself getting lost and disoriented often. The graphical glitches with the lighting and models didnt help, continuously taking me out of the immersion; even the final cutscene had the camera clipping through walls. And for a game released 5 years ago you'd expect some more polish and accessibility options to be made available and patched in.
But under all that is a really cool experience with great voice acting, audio, and aesthetic.

Each episode is better than the last, and that holds true here.
Great pixel art, music, and voice acting with emotional impact! All tied together in a touching story.
A great ending to an amazing series!

The first 20 hours of this game were a blast. The environment is rich, the mechanics and puzzles are creative and refreshing, and the story does not fall short.

The game really pulls you in with a sense of drive and wonder. And by the time you 'finish' the game you realise that there is much more to be uncovered. But this is where the game's biggest problem starts to present itself.

Knowing the solution to a puzzle but not being able to complete it due to RNG. It is frustrating.
A game so rich in lore and mystery is being gate-kept by a slot machine.
The game denies you the satisfaction of a puzzle game unless the slot machine gives you the components for the puzzle.

At the time of writing this I have not 100% the game, but I know that if I do then it will be a real chore.
Despite this problem I DO recommend the game. Everything from its arts to its mysteries are wonderful.
