Oh god Cyberpunk. Where do I even begin.

I tried *very* hard to play this game on launch, and multiple times since then, actually. Game never clicked with me, there was always just one too many issues that rubbed me the wrong way. The way they handled iconics, weapon modding, random stat variation, random perk rolls, an utterly disconnected perk tree, removing out of the way equipment pickups because they were taken 'too much,' it was all just too much to juggle for me.

Recently, over the last couple of days, I ran through the game once more. I didn't expect much to change, but I hadn't attempted a proper playthrough since before the DLC, so why not.

While there's still definitely some bugs that need to be ironed out, although less gamebreaking than launch, they've been putting nothing but care into this game for the last 5 years, and honestly I respect the hell out of it even if I've clashed with the game's vision a few times.

After all this time, I've finally come around to it. It's a very good game, worth a purchase if you have the specs to actually run the damn thing. There's been 5 years since it's launch, though, so most things you'll find are outdated nowadays. If you know nothing about the game, go in as blind as you can, it's worth it ;)

Chapters 3&4 are incredible. the secrets ♥♥♥♥ but that feels like a given with the example 1&2's secrets were setting. if you liked deltarune before the update you'll love it now. and if you didn't like it... TRY AGAIN!

The bot problem's seemingly resolved for now, solid 9/10 class based shooter.

The only cheaters left are people doing it manually, requeuing/abusing their usual lack of gamesense/just plain kicking them are easy enough solutions.
