Outlast Trials is peak co-op gaming, no debate. Playing this game with friends turns everyone into professional screamers, Olympic sprinters, and full-time liability risks. One second you’re coordinating like a tactical unit, the next someone is screaming “HELP HELP HELP” while running directly into danger. Absolute friendship test. If your squad survives this game, your bond is unbreakable. If not, Murkoff ended your group chat.

Shockingly, this game is also kind of therapeutic when played solo. Not “spa day” therapy more like “locked in a dark room and forced to confront your demons” therapy. You start calm, then slowly accept that fear is just a lifestyle choice. After a while, you’re not even scared anymore you’re just tired. And somehow, that’s peaceful.

Visually and atmospherically, this game is absolute cinema. Every hallway feels like it was handcrafted to ruin your mental health. The sound design makes sure you’re never comfortable, even when nothing is happening. Especially when nothing is happening. Murkoff really sat down and said, “How do we make players anxious even while standing still?” and then succeeded.

That said, Murkoff needs to add even higher difficulty modes. I don’t want “hard.” I want regret. I want a mode where the game looks at me and says, “Are you sure?” before starting. Push my sanity further. Break me faster. I want to leave the session questioning my life decisions and my ability to function as a human being.

The new mode where you can kill other reagents? Absolutely unhinged. Suddenly it’s not just survival horror it’s trust issues simulator. You think you’re safe with your teammate, then boom, betrayal arc. Murkoff really said, “What if we added emotional damage?” and went all in. Beautifully evil design.

Honestly, if this were real life and I ended up homeless like a reagent, this game convinces me I’d fold instantly. No resistance. No rebellion. I’d sign up for Murkoff experiments voluntarily. Put me in the trials. Make me the toy. I’ll bark if needed. Obedient. Loyal. Zero thoughts, head empty, ready for experimentation.

When i first saw this game. i though it just a normal novel dating. i look the review game its very got high positive (more then high positive). i buy the game and i thought it was very easy game you that you had to choose good answer.

BUT THEN I BROKE UP THE EARLY GAME I WAS LIKE WHAT?!?!??! AM I NOT GOOD PARTNER. i blame the girl cuz she can't accept herself and can't take other people advice from what i already giving to her.

but the more time i play, i should think out of box what should i do to continue my relationship to be better.

every chapter have difference ending and i really like how the developer take a good effort on this to understand each other feeling
