I like to do gorilla based workouts too. I have a fake 10 year old boy made out of burlap sacks that is filled with about 50 pounds of sand. I have my friends fire paitnball guns at me while I drag the "boy" around and dodge the paintballs. It's fun and keeps me in excellent shape.
