A lot better with mods than what it ever would be without.

Uninstalled this game lately, tired of getting uptiered or absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by playing anything else but Russians. Community is also just a little bit better than CS:GO which isn't that great. And then of course you have that Gaijin.net Agent ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥... Uninstalled War Thunder, guess what, it was still there at AppData which should've been removed along with it. If you experience internet issues, make sure it's not that stupid agent. Removed that ♥♥♥♥ right away. I do not recommend it anymore what so ever.

I haven't played the game outside of my recordings yet but so far it is quite decent. It differs a lot from Hearts of Iron III though which could either be a good or a bad thing.

Pros:
Noob friendly (Unless you're Cohhcarnage)
Can kill a lot of hours.
Poland can into space.
Join Axis as Fascist France.
Map modes are easy to use.
A lot of variety in units with matching descriptions.

Cons:
Could have some performance issues for some people.
Battleplanner can be a bit wonky.
AI hasn't changed much from HoI III.
Not a lot of national focuses.

Hearts of Iron III itself is an alright game.

However, after installing the Black ICE mod the game will turn in a stand alone game how it should've been. With a lot of features and a lot more national events that can trigger.

Pros:
Fun for a lot of hours.
A lot of variety of troops.
Can win WWII as Germany.
Can survive as France.

Cons:
Takes a lot of hours to learn.
The difficulty settings is nothing more than a modifier for enemies and you.
Not noob friendly. (Will literally give you headaches on what's going on in the beginning.)

Game is amazing, if you hide in a bush you break your legs, if you hit a bush with a car it blows up, shooting at a bicycle will ignite it and running into another player will also break your legs, but just for short. Much explosions, such bugs and much BOOM (10/10 would blow up again)
