whilst it is great, its only 45ish minutes of 'gameplay' which in my opinion, for the price, is pretty bad

if you really enjoyed the atmosphere of buckshot roulette then id say it could be worth a try, otherwise its just not worth it

sort of expected more content, although for the price its still good. practically no new characters added, nor much lore at all, but it is still fun. i played it absolute end game and breezed through basically all of it, but it probably won't take too long no matter how far in you are.

id recommend playing it before the iron rig dlc, and ideally somewhat mid-game, probably after visiting gale cliffs and stellar basin, as there is some decent loot there and it unlocks ice which can be pretty useful

a solid add on to the end of the base game, took a little while to finish it although not very long considering the price compared to the game itself. the exotic aberrations i felt were a bit pointless, and the final one was impossible, for me at least, to figure out how to get, only working it out in the end through the wiki.

the new lore was pretty great, the characters and added content were good, but the gameplay itself i thought was very shallow, basically just extending the already repetitive end of the base game, going from place to place, either doing pursuits or filling the encyclopaedia, i still found it pretty fun though.

in my opinion, buy & play it after finishing the base game if you still enjoy the final parts of it

not worth it for the content whatsoever, the 5% aberration boost is alright i guess but the engine becomes pointless pretty fast. it all wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt included in the bundle with the 2 actual dlcs, and instead to exist as a way to support the devs further

one of the best games ive played. other than the encyclopaedia achievements, you can 100% the game without having to do anything too tedious, ive now finished the game & all dlcs and it was well worth the time and money
graphics & art are amazing, story is good although a bit difficult to follow at times.
and ive thought there was an actual fly in front of me when at the fishmongers in the marrows more times than i should

also personally, i wouldnt bother buying the digital deluxe edition, just get the base game, and once done with that, then get the complete edition

pretty fun so far, opening cut scene is awfully optimised as is a lot of the rest of the game, but the gameplay is solid for a demo. would be better if it was a bit more open but im sure that will come with the full game. also the actual objective wasn't explained very well, like are u supposed to purposely rip people off? or is it purely subjective

actually really quite good fun, i enjoyed the story so far and looking forward to more. there was just enough user input to keep you engaged but not enough to take your focus off of the story.

however, as to be expected there are a few minor problems,
a) the speed of the text can get a bit overwhelming when it's going on and on, so either to slow it down a touch or add a mini settings menu would be handy,
b) very negligible thing but there's a couple of misspellings and such,
c) only once or twice, i found it was a bit too unguided in the prompts you had to give or pretty pointlessly complicated choices (climbing the rock),

also, not a clue if its difficult to do at all but to be able to scroll up in the terminal and see what had previously happened would be useful

overall, really fun experience, 100% looking forward to more and definitely recommend giving it a chance

really not a big fan of needing the dlc to 100% the base game but anyway, or the lack of a warning before using steam workshop (about achievements being disabled)
