This game was bad 5 years ago. Now it is pretty good. Night City actually has depth and feels like a real city. It has traffic density of a real city. This game is better than GTA V. Vehicle handling is a bit jank though, it might be recycled Witcher 3 horse code. If the game is on sale pick it up. I played this game with raytracing, HDR10 and surround sound and had a blast doing so.

Get a controller or a handheld, I can't imagine playing a game on a keyboard

I picked up this game a few years ago in early access. The single player they added is probably one of the best VR experiences since Half-Life Alyx. The dopamine hits when gaining more power is excellent. The magic mechanic is tons of fun, there is no mana or runes or any of that other ♥♥♥♥ that impedes you from raining hellfire. Be sure to have a big play area and have fun.

A classic. Get c1 launcher as the original exe files don't work on a modern os (securerom). 32bit runs great on a modern gaming pc but expect many crashes, the 64 bit is somewhat more stable but runs terrible.

This game on the surface level is good, the controls are tight and combos are as intuitive as THPS3 on the PS2. The visuals are great and it runs on the steamdeck very well.

This game is lacking in many features that older games like THPS3 had back in 2000. There is no replay system for runs which is very disappointing, this means there is no way of saving a video of your cool skating tricks unless you have a screen recording program like obs on standby. Having a real replay system can give cool alternative camera angles that an external recording program cannot do. If a PS2 can do it in 2000 so can our insanely powerful and expensive gaming pcs.

Another feature that is lacking is the character customization. Every skater you make has the same height, weight and age. If say you wanted to make a skater that you had since the days of the PS2, you simply have less options and combined with the online features you can run into skaters that look the same.

The park building feature is okay, but also a bit lacking too.

If this game is on sale for less than 20 bucks, I would pick it up. Steam's review system is flawed in the fact that you can't flag as a "mixed review" and uses binary yes no system. Rotten Tomatoes and its consequences has been a disaster for internet reviews.
