Game's worth it now

I enjoyed this game, especially with the on sale price that I paid for it. The cons listed here are longer than the pros but I still think it's a decent game and worth a try.

Pros:
- Strong art direction.
- Good graphics.
- Gunplay and movement were alright to me. Some people thought it was sluggish and unsatisfying and while I understand why they felt that way, I still enjoyed it.
- Story and characters were quite engaging.
- I liked the world building.

Cons:
- Optimization is not the best. First thing I checked when launching the game was the graphics settings. Despite having a 1440p monitor, the game defaulted to 1080p with no way to change the resolution as the option was grayed out. I managed to find a workaround on the Steam forum. I have a decent mid-range set up:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: RTX 3060 Ti
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200 Mhz

I couldn't maintain a stable 144 fps when running this game on High settings, DLSS Quality. I've also seen it dip all the way down to 50fps in some areas. I've also had a case when the game kept having stutters and drop by 5-7 frames at 6 seconds intervals regardless of graphics settings. I tried to decrease the resolution, and switching all settings to low but the frame drops didn't change. I think restarting the game can fix it tho.
- While the story hooked me, I thought the ending was too short and left a lot of questions, despite the exposition.
- Some bugs that are not game-breaking but can hurt your experience, especially if you're aiming to find all collectibles. There were 2 notes that I was unable to pick up on 2 different areas. Looking through Steam forums, someone else mentioned the same problem and had to restart the game to fix it. I didn't, and thus lost 2 notes.
