Caves of Qud is a wonderful game in the rogue-like genre, it's unique and challenging. With mutations and technological augmentation, guns and fire hands, you explore your way through the world of Qud (and die a lot while you're at it). Out of all the rogue-likes I've played I feel Caves of Qud is the most accessible to beginners in this genre as the controls are easy to grasp, straight forward, and streamlined. If you've always wanted to get into Rogue-likes but they just seemed too intimidating Caves of Qud is right for you. And if you've always loved the genre, it's a no-brainer. Getting the game for 2 dollars, perhaps worth it, 10? Nope, not worth it one bit. The game is to short although enjoyable for the one hour it lasts.
