I wish I could give it a neutral review, but alas after one run I do not want to pick it up again or recommend anyone to play it. The story is a mess:

1. Why are the teens crossing the border? It only says Petria is currently under a very oppressed dictatorship, but how?

2. Why is Tyrak a tyrant? It might be because he supposedly sent the teens who cross the border to the pits, but it was only a rumor that the game forces on you to believe, and that rumor was only confirmed at the end of the game, when it was too late to change the player's mind.

3. Why should we vote for Florres instead? All the info the player has on her was some campaign posters, and that she was a socialist as revealed at the beginning of the game. We don't know what she is really like. Never heard her speak, never learned what her policies are.

You might be wondering why I criticize the game based on those 3 questions. Because the game is very political, but the story fails to present a good premise of the sides and kind of force the player to pick "the right sides" or get the "bad" ending.

Stupid game crashes happen way too often. Even in it 1.0 release, the server is still ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ than ROS. Do not buy this. Do not buy Battle Royale games at all. Save your money and play Fortnite for free.
