Holy crap. It's Rhythm Heaven!

I've 100% every RH that came out, and as a rhythm veteran this game itches that musical scratch that Rhythm Heaven did. The music is extremely catchy, the art and scenes are absolutely beautiful, and the rhythm accuracy is on point.

Also, they added my favorite mini-game, Lockstep! :)

Ever since NFS died out, Horizon's been my go to for open world stuff. Much better and larger selection of vehicles. Love the tuning system as well.

Even on sale, that was an absolute waste of 9 dollars. Of course after I get into the game past the 2 hour mark the problems start showing up that everyone typically brings up. Don't bother.

This game is amazing and at the same time just an absolute tragedy. I thought I could get through the game without getting too emotionally connected and ended up crying for a while after the end, even with the 'good' ending.

Absolutely worth a play but just be prepared to feel like crap afterwards.

I'll be honest, this game has definitely improved from it's origin point. CDPR is trying hard to make sure this game is where it ought to be.
Is it still buggy and graphically wonky at times? Yeah, but if you can see past those flaws, there's a great little gem hiding beneath all that dirt. I've had a lot of fun returning to this game and replaying it. It won't be for everyone, as it's got that quest-focused gameplay going outside of the main story. It can feel like a grind a little but there's encounters and hidden activities to do while you're walking from quest to quest.
So yeah, give it another try if you can. It's great. It's not the best game I've played but hell it's one of the few cyberpunk-style games that are actually decent.

While the idea is to play in a pvp world, everyone goes for the chance to ruin someone else's game, even if it means no gain on their end. Unless you have a full 4 man skilled crew with mics, don't bother playing.

I'll be honest, I had no clue what this game was going to be about. I saw 'roadtrip' and just bought it, my adventurous spirit calling out to it. I wasn't expecting a thousand roads, or procedurally generated events to happen, I just wanted a new adventure.

I'm sure a lot of people are upset it's not what they promised, but I believe it's worth it to buy it. Take what I said with a grain of salt though. This isn't the story of you, a named hero or the adventure of the one who'll start the rebellion, this is a world where the events are happening around you, and it's up to you to react to it, getting different outcomes throughout the trips. If you're okay with being the faceless ones, the story will open up on its own and keep you entertained enough.

Overall, I loved the experience and I'll be playing it through a few more times. Hopefully there'll be added content or updates that'll expand on the world a bit, as I thought it was a bit short (Played through the whole story in about 6 hours). Do some research on the overall game and see if you like it.

Still playing to this day. Love this game. Make sure to pick up the DLC when it's on sale too, adds a lot to the game.
