Fun game, Survival is real, gotta drain them all. Water harvesting is fun though, so that's a reason to go NPC farming. Fun alone so far.

This Iteration is proof, Major Publishers and Developers push unready products with the hope the franchise name will get them the money the consumers think it deserves.This game has 3 eras, a few maps, bugs galore, I paid 120 bucks for maybe 14.99 of product. Save your money for a Humble Bundle. A day one patch and a future March Patch... aka Soon (TM) Another Civilization: Beyond Earth; Great idea, poor execution.

Satisfactory is a really fun game: tons of exploring, expanding your base, problem solving with routes and placement of conveyor belts. Its like a weird but good mix of minecraft (Tekkit), Factorio and a we bit of The Planet Crafter. If terraforming were added it would be a legendary game.
I think most will enjoy this game whether you are hardcore or casual.

While it might seem like the game follows a linear path, and many quests are the same, the variability is endless. While you commit to one choice in one playthrough, you get extremely curious about other choices and second-guess what you think you might want to do in the present, because of the certain paths or choices you made. -Thanks to Khadin, a great gift!
