I have thousands of hours in Paradox map games and on release, this is probably one of the best, most complex games they've put out. It runs beautifully, even on the highest speed, especially given the pop simulations and the number of provinces. Paradox are really showing how much they've learned in this engine as well as how much they've learned about how to release a game.

If you like strategy, long term thinking, fun, silliness, weirdness, or Paradox Games more generally, this game is for you!

Such an incredible improvement over Pathfinder: Kingmaker and the game has so much fun to offer. The variability and the depth of the systems available. If you liked the old D&D 3.5 mechanics or are familiar with Pathfinder games, this is an excellent implementation of the tools and hours of fun.

I think this game has a lot to offer but requires a lot of settling in. I will say that it does feel like a much better experience managing the economy than the old Victorias. Some of the achievements have hidden requirements you may not expect but the game is actually more fun than I expected!

Game is a great reflection of the Warhammer 40k setting and has some of the best of Owlcat's features from their previous, sprawling CRPGs. While not perfect, there's an awful lot to like in this game!

One of the greatest games to just mess around with. A magnificent strategic sandbox, I recommend it highly.
