game's alright

I am deeply, profoundly disappointed that Engine Software would, several years after porting it, ruin the artistic integrity of one of the most interesting and unique gaming experiences to exist with lazy AI Slop.

Without a proper option to opt out of this update other than downpatching to the most recent beta release, this is effectively erasure of SUDA51 and Grasshoper's efforts. Do not buy Killer7 until this situation is rectified.

This comes highly recommended from me! A fun Megaman Zero-esque game with endearing character designs, SMOOTH movement, and extremely customizable combat available throuh the techniques and perks. It's only a few hours, but give it a shot! Short experiences are fun!

Persona 4, if you like JRPGs, Persona 3/5, and really good character chemistry, is an essential experience. Many other reviews are attesting to this I'm sure, so I won't go too deep into it, but it really is great. Persona design, characters, music, and just the general vibe of living in a small town and solving the mystery that comes with it, it's all lovely. If you're coming directly off of Persona 5 or a more modern JRPG, you're definitely going to see some kinks, but the combat is competely servicable and will be a familiar experience.

There are some lingering dated worldviews/jokes that either don't land as much or are just really disrespecful, including a tinges of homophobia here and there. It definitely rubbed me the wrong way upon my replay, so definitely do your research before playing. There are also some accusations of transphobic implications (if you've seen the discourse you know exactly what I'm talking about), which I'm neither here or there with yet, but also keep that in mind if you are sensitive to either of the topics.

This expansion is brilliant. Not much more to say for people looking for depth in reviews. The loot drops, story, and addition of the Tangled Shore/Dreaming City are just great.

Uchikoshi games are always so fascinating, that you're probably already writing a video essay about it in your head when you finish it.

They got rid of the aggregious starter edition and reduced the price of the game to $20.00

This is the best time to get into Siege. Content's still flowing, and you can see the enthusiasm from the developers and the community managers. If you want a tactical game with some good destruction and abilities, Siege is definitely what you want.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links is a refreshing twist on the Standard TCG formats with a very unfair monetization model.

I play this game before my Dining job as practice.

My friends won't play this with me anymore.
