Its a fun and unique take on a hack and slash game. There are legitimate issues that have been stated by the negative reviews, however I feel like they are all easily excusable for such a fun and unique experience. The dedicated servers sucks a lot but the P2W comlpaints don't really hold much value since it's not really pay to win, you can get all the things in the game from simply playing it. I recommend it, however rather hesistantly.

It seems that every negative review is about frame rates and crashes. I honestly have had none of that. My game has been extremely smooth and has yet to crash or drop in frames. It stays true to the original Dark Souls extremely well, and includes some features from Demon Souls such as the mana bar. It also has faster paced combat, looking a lot like Bloodborne in some aspects and I love it all. I highly recomend buying this game if you think your PC is up to it, and if your a huge Dark Souls fan like me then buy it without question. Tons of small little nods to Dark Souls, Dark Souls 2, Demon Souls and even Bloodborne will make veterans of the series giddy.
