There are alot of people on here blasting the game for its monetization. Which is fair, but remember that enough bad reviews will kill the game before they even have a chance to fix that about it.
So im going to leave a review here based on whats really important.

Is the game fun?
Hell yeah. Its armored core meets overwatch. Its intense, fast paced, And for anyone who loves mechs its an absolute blast.
I despise hero based games, but theres so much variety here that it doesnt even bother me. They dont feel like *heros*, just different types of mechs.
you can basically live out every anime mech fantasy you could think of here in the only Mecha based PvP game that currently exists (not including real mech games like MWO)

now for the bad, Yeah the monetization is TRASH.
nearly $50 for a bundle that gives you practically nothing? Locking alot of the customization from the beta behind paywalls?

Not a good look....

But guess what, you dont actually need to spend a dime to really enjoy the game. Because literally everything that requires money is cosmetic. Not buying anything will not only not effect your gameplay experience in any way. but is also a much better form of protest than review bombing the game here on steam, making it so people on the fence never try the game to begin with.

Be vocal on forums, dont give them money. But give the game credit where its due, because this is one of a kind and it would be a damn shame to see it die from something that has no effect on how fun it is.

Honestly, Do not sleep on this game.

If you've played EvE but ever thought to yourself "man i wish this was single player and a little more hands on." then look no further my dude here's your holy grail, with the addition of custom made starships and an RTS element that compares to the X-Series. I have personally dropped 20 hours alone into making StarFleet with the massive collections of star trek ships made by the community.

As far as space sims and 4X games go I have tried damn near every single one on steam. and this by far ranks within my top 3.

8/10. Super fun, Super Difficult, can waste hours on the game.
Incredibly detailed Mech builder with Dynasty warriors style combat.

On the upside its one of the hardest and most fun games i've ever played.

on the downside, It's hardly a mech game in feel and its way too focused on anime girls, I'm well into chapter 2 and i dont even know any of the main characters names because its just not engaging or interesting at all. and frankly it's annoying as all hell having my secretary or whatever's massive Tits shoved into my face at the start of every single level.

Also theres no shoulder weapons and that's just heresy.

If you're a fan of gundam and anime in general, You'll love this game to the end of the earth. Totally pulls through on both making you feel like a god, and making you feel helpless at the same time.
But If you're hoping to Relive the glory days of armored core and get that sweet, sweet mech perfection.

Sorry bud...all i got is anime tiddies for ya.

Honestly this game is so good i sat down and played it for almost 16 hours straight within my first day of owning it.
pretty much star citizen crossed with space engineers with a little extra added creativity, 10/10 will be buying for my friends.
