EDIT: FPS issues got slightly better after removing in-game steam overlay. It also seems better after a graphics card change, for some reason the game performs better with my 1080 compared to a 3080. Changing to a positive.

I want to give this a good review. But I can't. Whenever I'm in game, and around players of any sort the FPS issues are terrible. Regularly dropping to single digits, making it unplayable, so frustrating because I can play every other game without issue.
