Fun little metroidvania.

What a lovely game this was, would recommend for anyone that likes puzzley kinda games and/or metroidvanias. Fantastic exploration and learning what you can do with the tools you find.

Unlike frontiers this is a fun sonic game, playing with friends is absolutely hilarious.

Friend wouldn't shut up about me needing to play this game so I bought it.

It is fun if you like 2d platforming and puzzles.

Worst Sonic game I ever played, the collectathon and exploration on the overworld is okay and enjoyable enough, but the thing a sonic fan should want is good stages and really good music which the stages in this game completely fails to deliver. The stages are short slow feeling cuts out of old stages with extremely horrible music attached, huge disappointment if you actually want to play good sonic stages. The combat is also very meh and uninteresting, with enemies being very bland with just completely generic names like "Tank" and "Shark".

I could forgive all these things if the music atleast was good and not complete garbage.

The story so far is alright though.

Not as good as episode 1, but it has multiplayer which is great with a goofy friend.

I enjoyed this sonic game.
