I've read this had many issues across the board with multiple setups. Surprisingly it runs very well on my setup, which is not exactly the newest hardware but close enough. What I had to turn down was Shader quality to medium from high. That alone however fps was high, caused very frequent stutters when moving around the game world. Everything else is on highest settings while playing with dlss framegen on quality. Having average 90-100fps.
Resolution is 5120x1440p.
I have a 16core 5950x, 4090 and 32gb ram. Game is on Samsung evo m.2 disk.
And to be honest I'm having lots of fun with it. Not far in the story, played around 10h while doing lots of sidequest. Shooting feels great and there is lots of loot everywhere. Last I had this much fun was in Borderlands 2. I was always a fan of this cellshade graphic style and with HDR looks really great. Props to the artist and level designers of this game.
I would recommend the game, but since there is a ton's of reports and reviews complaining about performance, maybe waiting a 3-4 months with the purchase woudn't be such a bad idea.

When you fire up a game to have some escapism from real life hardship. Just to have fun. Fun! Well you should look elsewhere. This is "meh" at best.
Your money, your choice of course. But I feel robbed. It's nothing like it's predecessors. The only thing connecting them is the title.
