This is a welcome surprise and simply one of the games that I see myself return to after all these years.

No better time then now to (re)experience this classic.

PS: I loved the Steampipe remark in the credits :P

Hands down the second best Yakuza game. It delivered a great story and solid experience

Once in a while you have to give Electronic Arts some credit for a good business decision.

Bringing back a good running remake which one can test for 90 minutes to decide if it will run without having to wait for patches or refunding the game.

This 90 minute trial did help convincing me big time to spend the money on this game even with only 20% discount!
What 100% solidified my purchase was that no separate launcher/account is needed.

So publishers take notes, you really can sell full price games if they work on launch and are not restricting anyone by enforcing another launcher or account to play your game via Steam! Additionally a real trial and not only a highly optimized demo really helps!

This is labor of love done right! Thanks Orange_Juice for all those years :)

Thanks for another release on pc. My personal GOTY, but do yourself a favor and play all the other games before, starting with Yakuza 0.

One of the greatest series right now. It finally gets the recognition it deserves and hopefully every other game from this series will be available on PC

Great starting point to get in to the story and hoo boy, are you in for a wild ride of japanese crazyness.

The less said the better.
The artstyle is fine, even though locked on 30 FPS it plays fine after some Minutes. No gamebreaking Glitches or Bugs and best of all a great atmosphere without the need of a multiplayer nor Microtransaction. Definitly worth checking out, but beware if you go for the 100% Achivements be ready to grind and replay some Sub-missions.
