I dont think anyone have any idea how the war system works in this game :D Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. This game is a failure in terms of game design, Balance between countries doesnt exist at all. For example, Egypt has a higher military tech than France and Ottoman. Egypt was a puppet of ottoman just 20 years ago and now they have higher tech :D

i think this is a good naruto game,i played for 5 hours straight and didnt encounter any unfair thing in game.
i won 4-5 online matches in a row in first 5 hours.i think game mostly depends on your skill and old naruto game mechanics expriences.
many people saying that "match making system is not fair and every time i am encountering enemies with higher lvl than me" but i didnt notice that any of my matches.

EDIT OF 11 HOURS: Game is enjoying me and itsvery funny to hit an opponent with a rasengan. Its very intense actualy.i love it.

Pros:
Game is open for development,
Many Justsu Combination,
Fast action gameplay,
Low ping and fluid gameplay
Funy to combine and costimize my unique naruto character.
Cons:
Matchmaking taking so much time,(After playing 6 more hours, now i am 40 lvl and its better now)

Best game ever made!
IF you have never played this game ,you dont know what is like to play a Real game.
