played for three hours the day before. it crashes every time i launch it and i cant get into the game anymore. cant get a refund either. thanks steam!

update.i use to be able to click it on my desktop but i cant even do that anymore. still no refund either

update 2. i re- downloaded it and it still isnt working.

update 3. they still refuse to give me back my money. this whole mess has taken 7 hours total of my life.
