Super satisfying game. Similar to Factorio & Satisfactory, this game is easy on the eyes if you're overstimulated. Simple enough to enjoy during some down time if you enjoy puzzle games. And progression stacks, so you learn as you go.

Tips: I recommend building new areas and leaving existing builds. The map is VERY large. There's plenty of room to expand. Also, combining belts to dump into the hub is a great strategy if your belts are sparse with items.

Highly immersive. Spooky, yet satisfying. Twisty good time if you like games like Fallout. After I got use to the weapons switching, and upgraded a bunch of my weapons this game was insanely fun. Normal was far more challenging than I expected, so I switched to easy mode not too long after starting (definitely by the 25% mark) just to reduce stress and have a good time with the story... while also enjoy mowing things down. The jump between resource starved (Normal) versus too many resources (Easy) is a little silly, but I'm guessing that was just the way things were back when this game was first created. Overall, I really enjoyed the story and a lot of the gameplay, especially the vintage vibes from another era.

Feels a bit like if you crossed the space age of Spore with the Civilization games. A really solid game. Great multiplayer gameplay with friends too.

This game is so cute! And more importantly, the game play is amazing! If you like growing crops, fighting monsters by flailing about, and character story lines that make the characters feel real--this is definitely a game you'll LOVE. Includes romance options, actually getting married, having them move in with you. It's adorable!

If you've ever wanted to be on the bridge of a star ship, you'll love this. It's surreal! Very challenging with a somewhat steep learning curve, but very rewarding once you get the hang of it. Menu intensive game that you sit down to play. Missions can take 10 to 40 minutes each.

Play with friends or other online players with the open voice chat. The AI isn't the best, so playing with others is highly encouraged. Have been learning with a 2 person crew and it's challenging switching stations. Ideally, best played with a 4 person crew.

Overall, I'd recommend this game to anyone who's ever wanted to use a Star Trek Holodeck. My friend and I play on Oculus Rift and Rift S headsets. It can also be played without VR with a Mouse & Keyboard, but the immersion of VR is where this game shines.

Word of Warning: Setting up this game takes jumping through several hoops, but this game is literally the reason I bought a VR device. Tenacity required. My standard procedure is as follows:

- Open Oculus
- Open Uplay launcher
- Open Steam (where I bought this game)
- Click the "VR" button on Steam launcher
- Then put on my VR gear and turn on Bridge Crew from inside Steam VR.

At this point, I've done it so many times, I don't really mind. As long as I get to blow something up and scan that nebula for coffee, all from the seat of a star ship, I'm a happy camper.
