HOI IV je skvělá hra, která díky přístupu komunity může přežít i některé AAA hry, hra je ze začátku těžší, ale po chvilce si hráč zvykne. Hra je neuvěřitelně návyková a je to hrozný žrout času, který ale stojí za to.
8/10 bodů.
