Edit: The loading bug seem to have been fixed, at least for me, I am now able to continue.

I loved Pathfinder Kingmaker, at release game had issue, but I never meet any game breaking bug. The worst was the slow loading. Now, this is the second game on the same engine, I would have expected them to smooth out most issue, saddly, this is not the case. In my play, I've encountered numerous issue, AC not getting counted properly, animal companion not getting the numbers of attack they should. Those are bad but I could love with, the biggest issue I have are the zone loading crash. I've encountered this bug twice now, the first time it was for an optional quest. I did find a work around so I could complete it.

The second time I encountered the bug was for a mandatory event for the game to progress. The work around I had this time didn't work anymore, so now I am stuck waiting until they get around to fixing the game.

Further more, they went full social justice in this one, all the early npc you meet that are good are women, you have a lesbian couple that is that are pretty much the defender of the city, complaining they didn't get title and land or something. When I consider this issue along with the bug, I can hardly recommand the game any more. If you really still want to get it, wait a few month until they fix it.

Great game, ruined by Bethesda anti-cheat system added in much later after release. Do not buy unless you want a kernel level virus on your system.

Edit: Denuvo will be removed with patch 1.1, as long as the game remain spyware free, you can consider me supporting the game. I will however leave the review as negative, as a blemish from Denuvo.

This game is a piece of ♥♥♥♥. The control are horrible. You have limited option to reconfigure the control from the freaking horrible base one and the game will just send thousands of zombies at you while you struggle with the control and the weak weapons. To make it worst, the weapons take forever to reload, which leave you completely opened to the zombies attack. Great fan service, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ horrible game.
