Very enjoyable! The game is easy to pick up and the toy-like universe is really engaging.
Bouncing around in all directions is very satisfying.

It’s free, fun, dynamic, I highly recommend it.

A must-play in the roguelike deck-building genre, if not the pioneer.
350 hours played, and I still enjoy it just as much.
Numerous combinations offer great depth.

A nice little rogue like, fluid and strategic.
There's a puzzle game aspect to it that's very enjoyable.

Very good experience with an engaging lore and storyline! The gameplay builds on the first game with a few improvements.
I’m giving more negative points because it’s always easier to describe what didn’t sit well with me, but I definitely recommend it.

Positive points:
- Very good continuity with the first game, continuing the story and its mechanics. You start with some unlocked elements from the first game. The RPG aspect has been refined, and there’s a new weapon that I love.
- More bosses with patterns (in the "Dark Souls" style), which I prefer over fighting 15 minions at once...
- The level design <3 Excellent and beautiful, as long as you like being guided.
- Satisfying combat animations.

Negative points:
- The camera has some terrible behaviors, reorienting itself randomly to show wall details while the enemy attacks from behind. This is especially frustrating in boss fights with two or three bosses; even with limited targets, after dodging, it sometimes doesn’t focus on any of them. There is a focus mode, but it deactivates on its own after a while.
- One of the game's downsides, in my opinion, is traveling in the world. It’s slow (although less so than in the first game) and unsatisfying. For example, climbing sections are boring, or loading screens on the world tree — I didn’t enjoy it in the first game, and it’s the same here. They give you control over the character, but there’s nothing to do... with no feedback on the loading progress. I think I spent as much time traveling back to a point as in combat.
- Life extension. You revisit the same places several times because you lack certain abilities to pass certain areas, which becomes repetitive, especially if you want to 100% the game. The treasure hunts... the Muspelheim challenges. In my opinion, the game doesn’t need this life extension.
- [Fixed in the latest patch] I played 80% of the story with a sound spatialization bug. If an ally speaks to me from behind, I simply can’t hear them, which isn’t great for the experience. Sure, it’s fixed now, but I find it a shame that this bug made it into the release. :(

DLC:
The DLC adds an interesting roguelike mode and, most importantly, provides lore explanations (i don't tell more for no spoil). Sure, there’s more life extension (especially with about 10 achievements tied to the DLC), but it’s enjoyable and brings in classic roguelike mechanics. If they expanded on it, it could almost make a small side game.
A mechanic is added that "forces" you to switch weapons against certain enemies to break a sort of shield. Very interesting, as it encourages using all the weapons, though it’s a pity it’s only in the DLC.
Big downside, however, in the DLC’s narration, which breaks the fourth wall with Mimir saying things like "Select your shield." I don’t understand such a difference between the main game (where the narration is excellent) and the DLC.

In short, go for it, especially if you've played the first game (though it's not necessary, as there's a recap of the first game's lore). I mention some flaws, but I wouldn’t have played for 60 hours if I wasn’t having a good time.

Congratulations to the developers <3

I've been playing Wot for several years, I always have my periods with friends and it's always a pleasure!
The game is kept alive.

The downside is the game's economy, which screams 2000s, and ESPECIALLY THE INNEXISTENT SERVER.
3 servers in europe, 400 people in queues, 2/3 are against bots....
I beg you to remove the excess servers.

Early Access Review
An encouraging little management game that's great value for money.

This is just the start of the early access period, and I'm looking forward to future improvements to enhance and enrich the experience. You can feel the ambition and the evolution of the game, the comparison with the demo is quite shocking, they're 2 different games.

Stay tuned!
