Understands the importance of confidentiality, and can always be trusted not to reveal confidential or private information to unauthorized parties. A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff. When ideas are challenged by others, UOL Jogos listens to their view politely, but is able to maintain a position firmly and persuasively without aggression. Generally polite, courteous and respectful, though may sometimes lose a little control when confronted with a difficult person or situation. Or perhaps sometimes seems over-polite.
