Game is woefully incomplete and never will be, the reviews speak for themselves. This game project never should have been. Studio died out because it was a state sponsored project with a set funding. What made them think releasing it to this studio was a good idea, even the kerbals will never travel far enough to find out.

starfield? no, get this and build ships but with a much more interesting world
star citizen? no, play with your friends and skydive out of your corvette in a game that has working ships and networking.
elite dangerous? ok... maybe yes, thats another great, but if you really need space legs, get this.

Hello has delivered a LOT in this game, from vr, to shipbuilding, even the planets are more vibrant and varied than ever before. Even if you did regret getting this on release, you won't now!

Sort of, the game has died down a lot. People can remove your buildings if they don't like it. Further, the game has basically no direction on its own. So you can just wander no matter how interested you are in "playing"

Its not for me. but if you like terraria, stardew valley, but want a top down view like rimworld to play in.... then this is the game you can have fun with friends in for sure. I can't put my finger on the aspect of the game that i dislike exactly, I just know that there are plenty that would enjoy exactly this mix.
