If you're expecting ARMA 4, you probably will not like this game. As a whole, though, the multiplayer is fun. I personally think it plays a lot like Squad. If this is a launching pad to ARMA 4, I do look forward to it. My only complaint is the removal of some of the movement features that were present in ARMA 3, such as the multi-stage standing to prone positioning (I'm assuming this was done because of the game being on console). As a whole, though, if you want a glimpse at the new engine ARMA 4 will be on, this game is definitely worth a shot.
