There's an actually incredible amount of people who have bought this game and are unable to play it there's a lot of fixes for it but none of them are guaranteed to work and the glitch may not occur till a few hours in, making it too late to refund. The odds of this happening to you are not low and the chances of you fixing it are not high. This was one of my favorite games and definitely my favorite black ops. It's unfortunate i cannot recommend this game to you.

Steam asked me to revise my review, so here i am again.
i continue to play because ive found the only way to have fun in this game is to treat competitives like a call of duty team deathmatch where you dont really care who wins or loses. This is because of the absolutely ridiculous amount of smurfs. "Silver" has ceased to exist, thereby making matchmaking ranking up next to impossible. There are so many smurfs from all different ranks that silvers is now nothing but a mashup collection of all different ranks making rising within the competitive ranks a ♥♥♥♥♥♥, inaccurate, and insurmountable task.
