EU4: a game where the 13 colonies can exist while the United States beats down upon it.

Very good game. However, it still needs optimizations. Reviewers claimed that they could get 60FPS Ultra 1080P on systems similar to mine. Ignore Negatives about DLC, its all good.

If I am lucky I can get 60 on campaign map and 45 in battle.

In my first game, I went on an 18 killstreak, and had KDR of 11.
My usual in other games is 1.
10/10 would PWN in first match again.

I don't get terrible FPS like other people.
I get about 55 or so on everything max (save AA, that is FXAA)

Is the game a smooth 60? No.
Is the game playable? yes.

I have turned down shadows and reflections, that gives me 60 FPS!!
