Many of us waited 6-8 years for a proper Battlefield title after what had happened with BF2042.

DICE has learned many great lessons and done incredible things in games like BC2, BF3, BF4 and BF1.

Sadly, we got very little of those great things, any sort of execution or polish at launch yet again.

Much like other Battlefield's there is potential, but yet again, is it worth waiting 6 months to a year to get there again.

The gunplay is broken and sloppy, the lighting issues should never of made it into game, there are major performance issues and the maps are lacking to say the least.

I'm just tired as a Battlefield fan. This time was supposed to be different, right?

Thank you for bringing us a well thought out Battlefield experience taken to the next level. Not dumbing everything down, maintaining a skill gap and skill ceiling is a breath of fresh air. Mix in the randomness and chaos of open VOIP and you have a recipe for success.

10/10 would play again.

I started the game as a level 1 and 7 hours later I'm still level 1.

But man oh man is there a lot of shiny loot.

I want to thank Andrew Wilson and EA for Battlefield 2042. It literally cured my addiction to the Battlefield franchise.

Jokes aside, this game is rushed and a hot mess at launch like BF4 and BF5. It gets old.

This game is deeper than the well that little Timmy fell down. With that said I have no idea what is going on 12 hours in but I know I like it.
