Game is very scary.
Plenty of psychological horror and gore.
Genuinely a good game with a cute mascot and a deep and scary story.

Absolute peak.
Great game, so far great devs and not a lot of microtransactions in sight, just the max 20$ currency pack if you dont wanna grind or wanna support the devs.
Reminds of simpler times in the industry ngl.

Started playing this game as a replacement for heroes and generals after I saw a youtube ad.
It started off good, but then i reached br 3 and saw soviets using german weapons against german troops.
Then the progression slowed down to a crawl and pretty much forced you to pay to get a semblance of progress.
Adding to all that, the god awful matchmaking system that leads to uptiers that sometimes reach up to 2 brs make for super balanced matches that will totally not have you wanting to do non pg acts.
Oh and bots in matches, if you get bot teammates, kiss that match goodbye as they will be essentially deadweight.

Game wants your wallet and it will have it, if you want to actually experience most of the iconic weapons and vehicles present in it, very aggressive and predatory monetisation, like Warthunder.
Battlepass and order system was interesting, as it reduced FOMO, but thats going away too after new year.
Old Events and the gatekeeping of old pre merge content was already bad enough for FOMO, but now with the battlepass too, I sense the warthunder influence heavily here.

And now, in the next update they are giving even more german weapons to an enemy faction, the US, ruining any semblance of immersion left.
I play WW2 games to use country accurate weapons and fight enemies using their own weapons.
Surely, in due time, everyone will have a tiger 2 and panther and even bf109s.
Sadly, this dying game is going down the warthunder path, without the warthunder player count and pull to back it up, because, thankfully, it has actual competition that beats it in most aspects.
It truly is a shame, as I liked the multi soldier concept and the progression system was rewarding.

Honestly, just go play Squad 44, HLL or other WW2 shooters, this aint it chief.

Genuinely terrifying to imagine real law enforcement officers go through some of the stuff the game portrays.
Gunplay is good, very atmospheric, amazing world building, point system and AI, both friendly and enemy, is clunky AF, but overall, a great experience.

All of what i said above still stands, but the game is being censored and toned down to release on consoles, which follows the path void has been taking for a while, the one of removing content or promising ♥♥♥♥ and then never releasing it, like the power cutting and haligan bar.

If you want a rly cool tactical police shooter, this one is amazing, but i cant support a game, that previously had massive balls with its dark themes and realism, and is now changing to cater to outside influence so easily, I'm afraid for the future of the game and how much more it will change.

Good game but it shows its age.
The more recent Gates of Hell Ostfront instalment has said QoL features that this game very much needs.
AI being a big one, its ass in this game, you need to direct control your units for them to hit anything at all.
Another thing being the lack of updates bringing new maps and units to the factions, but for that you have mods to some extent.
Overall a good game but with its flaws and age showing, still a solid pickup on a slight discount if you want to have some fun with a modern RTS-ish game.

All love is lost, the snail wants to squeeze you of all your money.
They stopped implementing roadmap objectives to add this new stupid Auction House system. Do not give them your money OR your time, it is not worth it, this game will take control of your live and finances if you let it, its a very hostile casino that doesnt give back and uses FOMO to reel you back in, only to leave you worse off.

DICE is no more, now it's clearly EA DICE, as this franchise is being killed at every turn possible.
They think that because we tolerated ONE good season of the bare minimum content that they can start pulling ♥♥♥♥ like this.
ONE good season does not excuse the horrendous launch and the "love letter to the fans" ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Due to ONE good season and good fan reaction they get all over their own heads and start pulling ♥♥♥♥ like the recent censorship controversy and butchering of the soon to be squad management (which should simply be called "create a squad").
EA DICE, you made a ♥♥♥♥ game, you killed battlefield, you deceived the fans and ignored what they wanted, don't waste more of our goodwill making half assed ♥♥♥♥♥♥ updates the way you wanted, the feedback we provided was clear and you still find a way to ♥♥♥♥ it all up.

Do NOT waste more of your time and money on this franchise like me and many others.

They released this game as a sequel to an 18+ game without any warning that it wouldn't have any of it.
Not cool man.

Besides that kick in the nuts it's a simple candy crush type game.

It has some issues, its old clunky and runs like doodoo water sometimes, but its getting a dating sim, so it all evens out.
