A great history lesson to be looked back on, pinnacle example of a developer who hates money almost as much as they hate their community.

Finally made the game worth returning to, then killed it.

But hey, at least Snoop Dogg AI Slop is coming.

I've had the game two days, it's pretty good.

I tried to give it a go, I really did. But this is legitimately one of the worst games I've ever installed. I'm not sure if it was server issues or just a design choice, but the fact that the first enemies you go to kill for the tutorial don't even have any AI, is insane.

"Go to this area on your janky steed and use your outdated abilities on these static enemies who literally cannot kill you and will not be alerted to you until you make the first move even if you moonwalk through a group of 50 of them", c'mon dude.

This is my new Stardew, without a doubt. Relaxing, interesting mechanics, I've loved every second so far.

Notes:
- For folk confused where the main quest goes at the start; keep playing. Just keep playing/sleeping in game. I was confused too.
- For folk who suck at fishing, just keep trying. It's easy once you figure out how the fish moves.

I don't remember the last time I enjoyed a game so much that I accidentally stayed up until 4am on a weekday to play. Few server issues occasionally (3 times in 5 hours), getting kicked to "offline mode" at certain cut scenes and end of missions during co op, but nothing a quick restart/rejoin doesn't fix. I've had worse day 0 releases.
