I purchased this game twice and had to receive a refund both times because it wouldn't launch. The first time I just assumed that my graphics card wouldn't run it, but since I was building the computer for my kids to do gaming on, I decided to upgrade the graphics card. After purchasing a new graphics card and installing it, I purchased the game again and still would not launch. I just get a white screen and it crashes a few seconds later. After doing some research, I discovered that this is a common issue and developers refuse to acknowledge and fix it.
