I want to start off by making it clear that I have played this game almost daily for the past 3 1/2 years and have a fairly good insight at how bad the game is now and how much their economic changes have affected the SL and RP gain.

War Thunder has had its ups and downs, but mostly downs. The overall quality of the servers and gameplay is at an all time low in reliability and functionality. Never have I had so many sessions with bs non-penetrations straight in the sides of vehicles, ammo racks not detonating or servers having bad connections. The game is broken.

It's not helped by the staff at Gaijin actively trying to scam the player base. A premium account is needed if you even want to have a chance at making a profit or progression. Very F2P Gaijin, well done.

I have a premium account and I would say that I'm a well above average player (winn rate is 70% and average position in team at 90%) yet I get about as much from a 15 kill game now as I did 1 year ago. Before I even bought my first premium, before I got a premium account and they made their biggest economy nerf (the reduction of winning bonuses etc.).

Time for Gaijin to get their ♥♥♥♥ together before they kill the game. Aiming at making a quick buck from a short time player that makes a singular transaction for a 70$ premium is not a good marketing strategy in the long run.

They need to focus on improving the game and its mechanics so that people stay for the game and the money will come with it. To claim that they need to do this is a blatant lie and a cash grab. The money they already make from War Thunder alone supersedes the expenses they have for their staff, servers etc. by millions. To also have the audacity to blame the player base for their stupid decision when it backfires is very bad.

Leave a bad review even if Steam tries to hide them by censoring the numbers. Speak up and do your part as a player or the game might become completely unplayable in the foreseeable future.
