I wanted to love this game. I've been playing it non-stop for the past few days.

That being said, I started to notice the flaws in the game design. Obviously, the game is designed for players to role play with their chosen builds and immerse in the game world with it's thematic RPG quests and 4X Civ type gameplay.

You can customize your race, rulers, heroes, culture, affinity and alignment. All these adds immersion and RPG value to the game. HOWEVER, the same mechanics takes away the fun in the late game.

Once you are in TURN 100+ all the A.Is / Players would have the same buffs/strategies/customization as your starting faction or built. This is because there is NO limit for a player to research builds (tomes) and it's the same for A.Is.

Basically, you'll end up with a map full of players and A.Is with the same traits, transformation, buffs.

Damn bro this simulation is realistic af. I created my first Manager but without employment experience. 2 hours in the game I no club would hire me. 10/10 for realism!

Great Game. But too short? or I'm just dumb? I'm already in the second city with may fire mage character and I'm stuck with the quest "gathering the caravan" with all objective all cross out and all quest finished. Is that all at this point? Please answer guys.

The game is interesting and somewhat challenging but as soon as you figure it out it becomes repetitive and uninspired.

Majority of the negative reviews here come from people that played this game below 5 hours without clear understanding of what this game has to offer and will offer in the near future updates.
RNG is bare minimal factor here. You have to be patient and use strategies not your fcking tantrums .

Annoyed being followed by the cultist ship, monsters or kraken?
- Well, play the fking game and stop being a cry baby, you'll have your chance to deal them once and for all and you'll become the hunter instead of the hunted in no time.

Being annoyed because your crew fell overboard and you have no means of getting them back on board?
- buy a fcking wench you noobsht, and click that [brace button] to prevent your crew from falling

Your YOLO ramming strategies and close range combat suddenly doesn't work anymore and you are magically bound to die?
- well guess what broooo, not all enemy ships are built the same! why didn't you prepare for the worse case scenario?
- you can invest in building different sets of cannons on each sides to suit your playstyle. You want upclose and arsenal build it on the left wing of your ship, you need to gain distance and still inflict massive damage? build different sets of cannons on the right!.




This game has a solid concept and lets all hope the devs will continue to improve it.

I just hope we can add more crew on board.
