Game Dev Tycoon is great, the premise of the game is you have your very own company and you've been thrown into the wild west that is the gaming industry. The goal of the game is to make your company as successful as possible through making good games. When making your games there are a few properties to consider (More further down the line), these include topic, genre, engine, etc. You also have some sliders to determine how much time should be spent on what in the three stages of develpmont. By now, you might be saying "Stop talking about the premise of the game and start talking about the good and bad parts of it." So, let's do just that....

The Good
> Much more to do besides making games, you can market, research, train workers, start up different labs, etc.
> Pretty good presentation, the music and graphics are perfect for this type of game, obviously graphics won't be the main driving point of this but the graphics are simple and sweet, the music is very relaxing and has the effect of never getting tiresome.
> Constantly updated, when the game first started out it was subpar to today, the game will be patched and updated every once in a while so you don't get bored.

The Bad
> Might slow for you, Game Dev Tycoon is not a game that will get your blood pumping, it's a game that has a slower and methodical
> Hard to get in to in at the start, the game has several "hidden" mechainics that determines that success of your game, you can get more information by generating game reports

Game Dev Tycoon is a fun and relaxing experince that you could have some fun with if the idea of controlling your own game company is fun to you, if you like simulation games this is a must own.
