Left the game full of stuff, came back my character was empty. terrible performance

never received my secured container, my character has no head, I dont spawn with a knife but with bear hand.

Helicopter flies 5m from ground, why is not going more in straight lines ?
And also why is the helicopter so slow, sometimes he seems to be moving at 30mp/h
