Excellent story and characters, and the best tactics gameplay since Into the Breach

Easily one of my favorite games ever made. I've never played another Souls-like but I found this very accessible, but with so much depth under the surface as well. There are secrets and secrets inside those secrets. I really wish I could forget everything about this game so that I could experience it again for the first time.

Such a wonderfully zen game, and a lovely story told through the mechanics of the game.
