It can get frustrating in the end game, but this is a pretty solid foundation and hopefully should be polished in an update. The art style is beautiful and the gameplay loop is well polished.

Nearly every system needs work but the changes seem definitely doable after a few patches. Mods also might make the game far better.

It needs a lot of work balancing the difficulty and fixing the map generation, which is too procedural and not balanced.

Everyone *immediately* dies when they have no medicine. Yes, I just rage quit. No, don't waste your time with this game.

This game is broken, the developers refuse to address basic bugs. Do not buy, it's really completely unplayable.
