I've been a Halo fan since 2006. Have put thousands of hours into the franchise across all forms of media from Video Games to Books, Films and even the (terribly disappointing) TV Show.

This game does have positives, but they are unfortunately far outweighed by the negatives:

- Missing Content (Large parts of Campaign cut, Forge, Co-Op, Mission Replay, Multiplayer Game Modes and Maps)
- Missed Deadlines (Co-Op, Forge delayed once again. Season Two will be a ten-month long Season.)
- Cancellation of promised Features (Split-Screen Co-Op)
- Lack of New Content (2 New Maps in a year. New Gamemodes we did receive added only due to fan backlash as they were locked behind seasonal events.)
- Customisation is locked behind paywalls and silly mechanics (Armour Cores) that prevent mixing and matching hundreds of different helmets, armour pieces and accessories. Furthermore, Armour Coatings lock players into specific colours and unless you pay for premium content, are drip-fed colours and armour pieces.
- Battlepass Tiers removed from the 'Free' Battlepass and added into Premium Battlepasses.
- Lack of 'Live-Service' (At this stage of Halo 5's development cycle we had multiple seasons of Warzone drops, new maps, modes and weapon skins. Most of these for free or through REQ Packs which were easily obtainable for free.)

This is just a handful of the issues this game has.

I wanted to enjoy this game and I did, for a time. This game, at it's core, is great. It nails the fundamentals. But this game went through development hell and despite a year-long delay, is still half-baked almost a year after launch. I've given the developers many, many passes. I enjoyed Halo 4 and found 5, despite it's flaws Campaign wise, made up for it with live-service content and Multiplayer. Halo: Infinite's live service is yet to actually be, live service. Anything beyond the Store and lacklustre 'events' has been so disappointing.

For a game that's supposed to be the future of the franchise for the next 10 years, all Halo: Infinite is, is the culmination of 10+ years of mismanagement and broken promises.

Still a great game after all this time.

Unfortunately the OCE Servers can be a little light on population at the moment but queue times are still less than they are for CSGO or Valorant due to the quick games. If more aussies and kiwis could pick up the game this has the potential to still stick around for a while yet

If your looking for a review on this game you've come to the wrong place, but if your looking for an outstanding pie recipe you've come to the right place.

Ingredients:
1. 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
2. 1/2 cup white sugar
3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
4. 1/4 cup water
5. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
6. 1 pinch salt
7. 5 apples - peeled, cored and sliced
8. 1 pastry for double-crust pie

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2. Combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and set aside.
3. Roll out half the pastry to fit a 9-inch pie plate. Place bottom crust in pie plate; pour in apple slices.
4. Roll out top crust into a 10-inch circle. Cut into 8 (1-inch) wide strips with a sharp paring knife or pastry wheel. Weave the pastry strips, one at a time, into a lattice pattern. Fold the ends of the lattice strips under the edge of the bottom crust and crimp to seal.
5. Pour butter-sugar mixture over top of pie, coating the lattice, and allowing any remaining sauce to drizzle through the crust.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake until the crust is golden brown, the caramel on the top crust is set, and the apple filling is bubbling, 35 to 40 more minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

Civilization 6 definitely has it's ups and downs. When compared to the Vanilla version of Civilization V, it is very far ahead in terms of quality, features and overall enjoyment however BNW and GK's make Civ V a far better game. That said, Civ 6 has potential and has a very bright future, in it's current state I can recommend it at either full price or on sale, but it's always better to get games on sale.
