When compared to other extraction shooters, ARC is up there with the best. You can shift from focused, loot-hunting sessions to silly "free loadout" run-and-gun sessions on Stella Montis. Great fun with friends; well worth the price.

Solving crimes is not easy, but you get the hang of it after your first few. However, I spent the majority of my time convincing bribing people to let me into their homes, and stealing their stuff - FAR more profitable than solving crimes (but you will need to solve crimes to earn social status).

It's a fun I-don't-know-what-to-play-so-let-me-stuff-around for a few hours game.

EDIT: It is worth noting that this is as much a detective game as a spoon is a brick.
