Honestly one of the most disappointing games of the year for me. In the 15 hours I've played so far I can't think of one branching decision that has had any impact. Aside from the plethora of bugs and glitches my main issue is the lack of basic features this game has.

Cops are a complete joke, and the driving mechanics in GTA 3 is better than this game in my opinion.

My first red flag was the montage sequence that happens in the first hour of the game. Why this was implemented I have no idea. I feel a completely detached from my character. It is important to note that V is it's own character, even though it was advertised as if you could create him/her based on your preferences.

V honestly feels like an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ generic merc. In addition due to the stupid montage sequence I feel like important character development is missing. Characters reference gangs as if I'm supposed to be aware of them. Random people call me and give me jobs for no reason. It almost feels like this is the 2nd game of a trilogy and I missed playing the first.

Hopefully with the bug fixes and improvements to UI this game will at least be somewhat more enjoyable to play. However I feel like even if they fix these the base game won't change.

The only good thing about this game is the atmosphere and the immersion when conversing with NPC's.

Night City looks impressive but it feels empty. Barely any interactivity, it feels dead almost.

Really disappointed since I loved the Witcher series. Don't buy into the hype and get this game on a sale.

It's pretty much BL2 improved in everyway except with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ writing and characters.
Get if you enjoy the gameplay but don't care much for the story.
