If it was just the graphical issues that'd be fine. But there are many little things in this game from connecting road to buildings to the general 'feel' of the game, that makes this very underwhelming for it's cost.

Paradox usually makes good stuff, so I'll probably check back in a few months/year and change my review then. But at the moment it is definitely not worth the purchase. Doubly so if you are a fan of the first one.

If you combined Frostpunk with the Everdell board game, you'd get Against the Storm. Fantasitc game.

Can't play campaign until I beat a skirmish game.

But I don't want to beat a skirmish game. I want to play the campaign.

Magicka 1 was better.
