you can smash, in multiple ways

the combat is very tight, and just feels right, similar to elden ring's responsiveness.

I got this game few days ago during the sale and then the devs decided to scam me.
Do not buy this.

I'll try to get steam to help me from this situation.

I know the fisting girl from the Italian Senate public meeting.
She was beautiful then, but now I learn her personalities are also amazing. Both of them.

Extremely fun game with hundreds of hours at least in the base game to sink into.
Unique "building" mechanics using different modules.

The DLCs are all very good EXCEPT one, which is "X4 Timelines" (latest DLC), do not waste money on this as it is just that, a waste of money.

The game is "very" cpu intensive, so be sure to have a strong CPU before buying it (if you have a Ryzen 5 / 7 X3D chip, that will boost your performance by a lot), otherwise you will not have fun.

After finishing this DLC, almost 5 star-ing everything, I can just say this:
1. 90% of the DLC is pure garbage.
2. 5% of the DLC (1 or 2 missions) you get to fly an OP ship that is cool
3. 5% of the DLC you get to learn in an EXTREMELY BAD WAY the story for the previous games (the previous games had better cinematics, better dialogue, better voice lines)

If you want to enjoy the legendary stories this series (NOT THIS GAME) has to offer, then go for the originals X1, X2 and X3 Reunion (after this point it feels like their story telling died for some reason).

This DLC is just horrible and a waste of money and time.


I really hope this is the last DLC of this kind they make, otherwise this game will be cooked.
How will the game be cooked?
- game is already a niche game that only some people play
- with the latest DLC they already halved their playerbase (DLC is 45% positive reviewed)
- they will invest time, resources, money into a new DLC
- IF no one will like the DLC again, they will not regain the time, resources and money invested in the creation of the DLC, so a newer one will not be possible.


As for a general feel of the DLC:
- Unity asset slop without the "good" movement of those types of games.

Many moments when the silence sets in after a chatty online session is so terrifying the hairs just stand up on your body.
