HellBlade II the sequel to Senua's Story. Everyone who played the first I'm sure was super worried about this installment. does it deliver? yes and no.

I'll address the no first - the game just feels like it suddenly ends. 6 hours for full completion, does this hurt the overall experience? No but it makes the end a little flat.

The Yes - The Combat Visuals, The audio cues in the music. if anything it shows how much of a bad job Ubisoft did with Valhalla. The heat battle (avoiding spoilers) is literally amazing visually and audio. If your a Fortnite or cod gamer who has a world all about e-peen this isn't for you. If your an adult who likes immersion and story telling with a very keen detail into the exploration of mental health, this is an absolute Yes.

Watch Dogs Legion is the best in the franchise for me. Been an Ubisoft title the online is lag central.
but the missions are varied and the DLC mission with Aiden and Wrench is a fantastic piece.

Are you a fan of Vermintide and Vermintide 2.
Did you spend hours killing rats and loving it, forgetting the radio silence after winds of magic and now look at Fatshark as a great company who put real heart into a game.

This is the winds of magic fatshark. This is the fatshark that removed all the fun from chaos wastes.

Darktide is a game with 4 classes - 3 with minor difference (ults) and a big boi. enemies are same horde size as vermintide but more bullet spongy and you have less stamina. The sharpshooter chance to not be targeted is a gamble because you never know if it applies or not. Absolutely zero need to pick up scriptures or grims other than weekly challenges which gets you currency for a shop which sells garbage.

The "Specials" chargy boi which is a fast moving bullet sponge. doggos who seem to connect to the game on dial up and warp around at light speed. Suppression is dumb and the Demon Toast guy is an unattainable DPS check. maybe my build needs work but I can't really work on it due to an incomplete crafting system that was promised first on release and then by the end of December 2022. Now radio silence and no updates.

You can spend real money on cosmetics. that works fine obviously.

the game has roughly 3 maps played in different directions and you will get shot past walls and on 4 occasions I have been pushed into the enemy spawn in which you can't do anything but get out of the game and kill yourself by walking of the edge of the maps.

I have played some bad releases but this is just a sandbox of bullet sponges and boredom. I have done all maps up to difficulty 4.

finally as for build crafting and meta. you basically have 1 real weapon for each class in each slot 1 ranged and 1 melee.

Now once again FatShark are radio silent. I imagine this will be the last title for sometime as any Vermintide goodwill is now trashed. Let's see how much they gona list the new career for.

First up I will say II am a massive DC fan so a certain amount of bias will exist.

most people will come to this game with Arkham vibes. It is not Arkham. The way I describe it to people is a fun little arcade kinda game like an offshoot.

be example is Arkham would be - Portal / Portal 2.
Gotham Knights would be - Protal bridge constructor, Portal in peggle.

The story is good. the gameplay I didn't have any real issues but they've balanced it around co-op so Red hood plays like he has super glue on his feet. All the characters are different and offer something different.
Batgirl is the character I mained.

as for game issues and he performance. I have been running 60 fps for 90% of my play. the bike does have some issues. the game will also crash sometimes. Every patch however is improving this so far and I've managed NG and NG+ with these not affecting my enjoyment of it.

it's probably not worth the price WBM slapped on it. but hey sale time as i write this. It's similar to the Spider-man games as far as pacing goes.

got alot of criticism for been short but it was really good and really fun actiony game with puzzles (didn't play classic)

I played the classic on the ZX Spectrum, the clasic was great fun and I fan boy'd all over when I saw this in early access. I have had 2 games so far and it just seems exactly like the classic, pick whihc spells you cast carefully and think if you want it real or illusion. I highly recomend this game it will not disapoint.
