Short, fun distraction from the usual football game slop.

Enjoyably quirky dialog as you go through the story. The story itself is pretty minimal but surprisingly well thought out, especially the way everything wraps up at the end. The gameplay is straightforward and fun, though the controls take a little getting used to. Once it click though, the hat tricks come easy. There’s more depth to the simple gameplay than you’d expect, and it’s a good time.

That said, I think there are a few misses, especially with the "Stardew Valley" aspect of the game:
- I wish towns you’ve already been to had more purpose. Like, maybe your team could stay in a town during an away day and trigger some fun, special dialogue.
- Speaking of towns, I would've liked to have a reason to spend time in the main town. One or two recruitable NPCs would've been nice.
- The pacing gets rough if you don’t get promoted in a single season. That said, I think the shorter season calendar was still a smart choice.

Excited to see what the dev comes up with next!

More visual novel than political simulator, but unlike a visual novel, the lack of skip-to-choice button and save slots make correcting your now ended-term a pain in the ass to do.

Story's great though.
